Forest Bathing and Meditation

Take some time to reconnect with nature during a guided Forest Bathing walk. Slow down and take in the healing benefits of nature through mindfulness and breath practices. No experience necessary! Marisa will introduce you to the science and philosophy behind Forest Bathing and invite you to experience the forest in a whole new way. Bring your sense of curiosity and wonder! We will meet at the Treehouse and walk through the Mountainside area. All ages welcome, but children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Water bottle
  • Sun protection
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Optional: if you don’t feel comfortable sitting on the bare ground, please bring a blanket, towel, or cushion that you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
